As of 1st July 2026 Nick Laminski retired from his role as CEO of Lefroy Valley Australia (LVA). Nick joined LVA in 2004 from South Africa via the UK. Over the past 22 years he has dedicated his time, energy and passion to LVA. The care he has for his people, growers and the industry as a whole has been amazing.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Nick for all of his time downunder and the good fortune to travel the planet with him searching for better genetics. Nick is not totally lost to LVA as he presently doing some contract work in certain species.

Enter stage left Ryan Blackney who has taken the new role as General Manager of LVA. Ryan brings a world of knowledge, passion and a willingness to succeed. Previously working for Incotec and for the last 11 years at LVA. I have also had the pleasure of travelling with Ryan over the past few years as a great opportunity to get to know him. LVA are in great hands.
