Lefroy Valley have an impressive array of herbs which have been developed over the past 5-8 years.
Our most popular herbs are:
Coriander - photo below centre - is a selection we have working on for 15 years. Favoured for flavour and aroma our Coriander has become a market standard.
Parsley both curly Award, and Italian flat leaf Carousel. Both varieties keep performing whatever the weather!
Basils also sell in huge volumes with long-time favourite Large Sweet a Genovese type - photo below right - now complemented by Majestic - photo bottom left - which has excellent tolerance to cool temperatures and high resistance to Fusarium. The leaves are thick giving a heavy weight for the volume. Excellent reasons to grow it!
Rocket both standard Salad Rocket and slower growing wild Rocket - Chanui are both staples in our range. Peppery Watercress is large leaved and succulent for adding juicy zing!
