Sanchez is a variety of broccoli for winter and early spring. Sanchez has a great dome shape with firm dark green bead. It has very uniform maturity minimising having to go across a field to many times.

It's open plant habit helps with airflow around the plants which in turn helps with reducing disease pressure.
Stems are thin and trimming is fast.

Sanchez follows on from Marquez in areas where a bit more size and vigour is needed.
